Cozy room, convenient location, with a beautifully designed atmosphere. I enjoyed breakfast nearby and appreciated the 30% discount on the menu. It’s just a five-minute cab ride to the ferries for Cozumel.
All was flawless.

hot water was a bit of an issue , but the plants in the atrium created a beautiful atmosphere. the free breakfast at the nearby cafe was a nice touch 🍉. the staff were super helpful, and the shower had excellent pressure! ✨

The location right on 5th Avenue was fantastic! I loved the boutique vibe of the hotel, making my stay feel unique. The breakfast at a neighboring restaurant was a delightful surprise, with excellent options! The room had a pleasant city view, adding charm to the experience.
The foyer gets quite slippery when it rains, which was concerning.

I had a fantastic stay in a spacious Garden Room. The room was clean and comfortable, with lovely Mexican decor that added charm. The location was perfect for beach access and nearby restaurants, and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. We hit up Xplor Park and enjoyed some thrilling adventures. The staff was attentive and made our stay enjoyable. Perfect spot for a group getaway.
The only downside was the sound from nearby nightlife. It got a bit loud late at night, which made it hard to sleep sometimes.
